Why Strategy TheFuture exists.

Strategy TheFuture was founded on a simple observation: the organisations that most need world class strategic advisory, including governments, public institutions, and emerging enterprises, are precisely those that are least well served by the traditional consulting model.

Large firms deliver rigour but not accountability. Junior teams do the work while senior partners collect the fees. Engagements end at the PowerPoint. Implementation is left to the client alone.

We were built to be different. Senior led from day one to final delivery. AI native in our research and analysis so we move at a pace traditional firms cannot match. And deeply committed to the implementation phase, not just the strategy document.

Daipayan Das brings 26 years of management consulting experience across the full spectrum of strategy, operations, technology, and risk advisory. His career spans some of the world’s most respected professional services organisations, including PwC in India, the UK, and the US; KPMG India; and Protiviti in India and Saudi Arabia.

Over more than two decades, Daipayan has led mandates for central ministries, state governments, multilateral institutions, listed corporations, and family businesses across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America. His work spans government advisory, digital transformation, enterprise risk, Oracle ERP, and large scale programme governance.

In 2023, Daipayan founded Cechoes Technology in Kolkata to bring together his advisory practice under one AI native platform. Strategy TheFuture is the management consulting practice of Cechoes Technology, combining the depth of Big 4 pedigree with the speed and adaptability of an AI native organisation.
